Panya Bakery is nestled in Japan Village, Brooklyn and was created with the vision of blending Japanese tradition with New York energy. I worked closely with the owner of Panya, who is also the owner of Japan Village, to build a brand that feels both authentic and modern.

Panya embodies the balance between Japanese values such as craftsmanship, simplicity, and hospitality, and New York values such as innovation, hustle, and creativity. From designing the logo to refining the visual identity, my goal was to make Panya feel like a slice of Japan made in New York.
